Sub-Merchant(Seller) Assessment
Sub-Merchant(Seller) Assessment & Onboarding Process
1. Application Submission.
The sub-merchant follows the sign-up process, initiating to provision of preliminary business and contact information.
2. Document Collection.
The following documents are required to verify the legitimacy and capacity of the sub-merchant:
Required Documents:
- Business Registration Certificate. (If any).
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) or equivalent tax documents (Must have).
- Valid Government-Issued ID of the business owner or authorised representative. (Must have).
- Business Permit or Trade License (If any).
- Bank Account Details - preferably in the business name or authorised representative name. (Must Have)
- Proof of Address (utility bill or lease/rent agreement)
- You must comply with the Sub-Merchant Agreement
3. Approval & Account Creation.
Once approved:-
- A sub-merchant (seller) profile is created in the Washwash system.
- API or dashboard access is provided for managing listings, orders, and payments
- The merchant will be allocated to a unique merchant Username.
4. Go-Live & Monitoring.
After setup, the merchant’s account goes live. Continuous monitoring includes:
- Transaction tracking
- Booking tracking
- Quality control checks
- Periodic review
