**Refund Policy for WashWash**

  1. Refund Initiation: Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will immediately begin processing your refund. This typically happens within 24–48 hours after the cancellation request. Do note that depending on the payment methods, some refunds need to be initiated through a cancellation email.

  2. Processing Time: The exact timing for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the payment method you used at the time of booking a Service.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: For some locations, It can take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies. Note that this does not apply to all countries.

  • WashWash Account Wallet: The refund will be immediate if your WashWash account has not expired or deactivated.

  1. Communication and Updates: You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed on WashWash's side. Your financial institution or service provider may also send you a notification once the funds are credited back to your account. Please keep an eye on your email and bank/PayPal notifications for any updates regarding your refund. Also check your spam folders as well.
