Seller's Contract for Sub-Merchant Authorisation for all Payments.

Seller: All Service Providers on the WashWash Platform.

1. Purpose:
This agreement outlines the terms under which the Seller will act as a sub-merchant authorised by the Service Operator to receive payments for services sold through the WashWash Platform.
2. Authorisation:
The Seller agrees to act as a sub-merchant authorised by the Service Operator to receive payments directly from buyers for transactions processed through the WashWash platform.
3. Responsibilities of the Seller:
Product/Service Delivery: The Seller agrees to fulfil orders placed through the WashWash platform in accordance with the terms specified in each transaction.
Customer Service: The Seller will handle customer inquiries, returns, and refunds related to their products/services in compliance with the WashWash Platform policies.
Compliance: The Seller will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and WashWash Platform policies.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment Processing: Payments for transactions processed through the WashWash Platform will be facilitated by the Service Operator, who will remit funds to the Seller according to the agreed-upon schedule and payment method.
Fees: The Seller acknowledges any applicable transaction fees or commissions deducted by the Service Operator for facilitating payments.
5. Term and Termination:
Term: This agreement shall commence on June 12, 2025 and shall continue until terminated by either party with prior notice.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement for material breach by providing written notice to the other party. Either party can submit a written notice to contact@washwash.live.
6. Confidentiality:
Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by the other party in connection with this agreement.
7. Miscellaneous:
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Philippines.
Entire Agreement: Here it constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
